Choosing a preschool is one of the first big decisions you’ll make for your child’s education. At Bethany Christian Preschool, we partner with parents to provide a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where little ones can learn, grow, and thrive.
Our preschool is part of the Bethany Christian School family, serving as the foundation of a Preschool–12th grade ministry of Bethany Church. From the earliest years, our goal is to help children develop confidence, curiosity, and a love for Jesus that prepares them for kindergarten and beyond.
Our Admissions Process
We are excited to welcome your family to Bethany Christian Preschool! Our admissions process is designed to be simple, clear, and personal. Here are the steps to get started:
Step 1: Schedule a Tour
- Visit our campus, meet our Preschool Director, and see our classrooms in action.
- Please call 321.726.8165 or contact Mrs. Katie Maddox, Preschool Director, on her cell at 407.408.9333.
Step 2: Application
- Provide your contact information to set up a Brightwheel account.
- You’ll receive an invite by email/text to download Brightwheel and complete enrollment forms.
- Forms include Registration, Medical Liability & Consent, and state-required brochures.
Step 3: Submit Required Documents
- Physical (within one year of first day of attendance)
- Birth Certificate
- Current Shot Record
- Other documentation if applicable (upload in Brightwheel or provide printed copies)
Step 4: Fees
- To secure your child’s spot, Registration/Enrollment fees must be paid through Brightwheel.
Step 5: Start School!
- Once forms and fees are completed in Brightwheel, your child is ready to begin their journey at Bethany Christian Preschool.
Tuition & Billing
At Bethany Christian Preschool, we work to keep early education accessible while providing a nurturing, Christ-centered program. Families can choose from multiple schedules across our KU2, KT2, K3, and K4/VPK classes, with options that accommodate school-day and full-day care.
We are an Early Learning Coalition (ELC) VPK Contracted Provider for eligible four-year-olds. Sibling discounts are available, and extended care is offered before and after the core school day. All billing and required forms are handled conveniently through our Brightwheel parent app.

Preschool Handbook
At Bethany Christian Preschool, we believe that partnering with parents is key to a child’s early learning journey. Our Preschool Handbook is designed to give families clear information about daily operations and policies so you can feel confident and prepared throughout the year.
Inside the handbook, you’ll find important details such as school hours, weather-related closures, admissions and withdrawals, attendance policies, drop-off and pick-up procedures, parking, immunization requirements, discipline and well-child policies, accident procedures, toilet training guidelines, uniforms, curriculum, and more.
Questions We Hear Most from Preschool Families
What qualifications do your teachers have?
All of our lead teachers hold a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential, ensuring they are trained to provide the highest quality early education and care.
Do the children attend chapel?
Yes! Our preschoolers participate in a weekly chapel where they learn age-appropriate Bible lessons, worship, and grow in their understanding of God’s love.
Do you accept scholarships or financial aid?
Yes, we gladly accept FES-UA (Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities) to help families access high-quality, Christ-centered early education.
Can my child receive therapy services while at school?
Absolutely. We welcome therapists on campus to support children with speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and more. We also partner with Early Steps.
What are your class sizes like?
Our preschool maintains small class sizes that stay below state DCF ratios. This allows us to provide more individualized attention and care for every child.
